Job Description：
Injection molding suppliers development and management
Cultivate valuable suppliers, meet stable quality/competitive price/ good &quick service , build a stable and reliable long-term supplier team
Responsible for cost control, ability to conduct cost analysis continuous cost reduction, achieve company cost target
Follow closely for New Production Induction, sample and FA, monitor the timelines with suppliers to ensure overall program timing meet
Develop strategy of responsible category, optimize supply chain resources
Contract risk and standard management
Assist buyers to solve the abnormal issues and quick trouble shooting
Job Requirement： Bachelor Degree or above, 2+ years relevant molding sourcing experience; Engineering/Technical background must; Good knowledge of raw materials and molding process, and ability to do cost analysis; Proficient in purchasing negotiation principles and skills Excellent communication, coordination and problem solving skills Skill of Excel , Word , PPT and MRP system;Honest, Responsible, Diligent, high accountability, can work under pressure.
